Tying AP and AR
Producing a report package for owner
Bill Pay (additional fee)
Sales tax (additional fee)
Payroll (additional fee) and will require login to payroll website
Routine bookkeeping clients will be on a fixed monthly amount plus any additional addons for bill pay and sales tax.
Clean Up
Tax preparer bugging you with questions? Dirty balance sheet? Bankers need statements for a loan?
If you are months or years behind, or just want the books cleaned up, this is the right place. This type of work would be expected for tax filing or a meeting for a bank.
All clean up and catch up jobs will be a single, fixed amount based on complexity, timeframe being cleaned, and transactions.
